No you are billed lot fee, water (meter read monthly), sewer, trash, storm drain are all added to basic lot fee. Water and sewer are expensive.
No. The lot rent is one amount and the water, sewer, trash, and storm drain charges are added on.
Everything is extra, and everything goes up every year and local management only wants to make a sales commission off of you then be rid of you so they can make another sale! Used to be a great place to live, now everyone who can't afford to move lives in fear and anger. I still have hope that it will be a nice place again someday ..
