The woman that registered me was rude she told me I had a copay that I could pay with cash, credit card or check. I've never had a copay for blood work when I told her to bill me you would have thought I owed her the money. Not pleasant did not say hello, good morning nothing. I work in healthcare if I treated people like that I would be gone. Put blood work order in with wrong name the tech caught that, the tech Claudia very nice and pleasant. I never had problems there before won't be going back.

I went in on Monday 4/15/19. There were 2 girls working there. Neither of them said hello. They merely called my name and barely looked at me in the eye and asked for my info and then the plebotomist was on the phone with bluetooth. I know that because she poked me and the blood was coming out into the tube fine but she pulled it partway out midway and pushed it in in a different angle and lost the blood flow. She said "oh what happened" Then she said something on the phone and laughed. I said "are you on the phone?" She said yeah. I said "that's what happened! You need to pay attention!" I told her it's unprofessional to have personal phone call while you are waiting on a customer. Especially since you're drawing blood. She said that she was drawing my blood during her break. As if she was doing me a favor. She then had to poke be again in the other arm. I am so upset about this and her lack of compassion for me. It was so unprofessional! I called and left a message for corporate. Hopefully they will get back to me because this is a serious matter!
