This review is for the front desk/management. I have yet to move in, however I can NOT pass up writing this review. My experience with management and front desk staff was outstanding. Not only was the application process easy, the turn around time for responses/paperwork from the staff was incredible. Gabrielle was the one to help me and I am beyond thankful for her kindness, patience and knowledge. Thank you for your time! Tanner is awesome as well as very helpful and his willingness doesn’t go unnoticed.

Seriously there is no way you guys have pest control. The amount of bugs at the complex is absolutely sick. Especially near building 1576 O. Or the South East buildings by the white apartment complex. Crazy that we have to pay for something that's not being done

We are charged for bug control, but I have never lived or been to an apartment complex that has more bugs!! My apartment is cleaned daily including vacuuming and sweeping every other day. I'm constantly having to chase down bugs inside. If they have bug control outside it would not be so awful inside. Another stupid thing is some apartments are lucky enough to have a new AC unit. I am stuck with a wall AC that looks like it's from 2004. My electric bill was 175 last month. I leave my AC on 72. It rarely even is capable of getting cold enough so the AC has to run 24/7. Just messed up.

Santa Fe Apartments at Cottonwood Heights. Not a fan of the place specifically because of the design. I wouldn't recommend living there. That's my opinion. To each their own though.
