Brian went above and beyond helping us out to create the best layout for our new kitchen and choose the best cabinet line we can afford. Cabinet Discounters- Mt. If you’re looking for quality cabinets and good customer service, this is not the place for you. First off, they only offer three cabinet company options: low end, middle, and high end/custom. Color options were underwhelming. Cabinet quality wasn’t amazing from what I could tell. Their name is misleading and the price for our quote for middle of the line was well over $600/per cabinet. That alone is enough to not consider them as a reasonable cabinet option. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you tell a client that you will get them something in a specific amount of time, like “you should expect your rendering within the week” there should be some commitment to that and if you are unable to meet that, the burden is on the employee to communicate. None of that happened. I didn’t get my rendering/quote in the time specified and when I called to follow up, there was no apology, just a rude explanation that they were busy and that turnaround time is more like two weeks instead of one. Ok, fine, but why am I the one having to follow up on that? Not cool. I was my told I would get it the next day, that didn’t happen, so I called again, got voicemail and finally received it the next day. I responded to that email asking if installation was included in the cabinet price shown on the quote and never got a response. Left such a bad taste in my mouth and decided not to use them. If you’re too busy to take on new business and for me to give you my money to get a job done I have no idea how you will succeed. I’m leaving this review in hopes that they can improve and do better in the future. But I’m glad to not be giving my business to them. A kitchen renovation is stressful enough, nobody has time to deal with a lack of communication and poor customer service from their cabinet company on top of that.
