I have two questions: 1) how far is this community to the gulf beaches? Is there a bus close by that can get you to the beach? 2) What is included in the HOA/site fee? Lawn care? Any utilities?

You pay lot rent trash pickup, water and sewer. All of rhese amount to over $620 a month. The HOA is totally separate from all that.

20 minutes from Madeira Beach, Gulf Port, Treasure Island etc. Yes busses nearby. HOA is made up of residents. $5.00 pr year pr house. Don't have to be a member except if you want to vote for board members. Lawn care, utilities etc are not included. Garbage pick-up is which is twice a week. Water is metered to each home. Is paid when you pay your rent. Shown on your monthly rent notice.

When you purchase a house is the monthly fee that you pay covering water bill and trash pickups and any other utilities
