I was here a few times I was here on 9/30/2022 both technicians were very pleasant better than the 1 white woman who used to be there. Today I don't know who was worse the white woman or this short african american she was rude and had no personality and could not use the word please she was ignorant....... I usually do not write reviews, I kept my mouth shut on here about The arrogant white technician and when i was there last friday I was teasing the 2 techs about her and made them laugh

I had an emergency urine test done on 9/16. I explained how important it was and was told by the receptionist I should have results by Monday 9/19. It is now Friday 9/23 and I still have heard nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond to voice messages. This was a terrible experience and I would strongly recommend patients find another company to use for lab work. You are just a number not a patient with labcorp.

I recently underwent a brain tumor removal, which left me with ptsd. Needless to say, getting blood work done for the first after the surgery had me scared to death. This lovely woman Shamica (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was so kind and caring and when she took my blood, I didn’t feel a thing. She removed my fear all together and that was a gift she gave back to me. Thank you so much! You are a star and this facility is lucky to have you.

My husband visited today for a blood draw and the receptionist/lady who drew your blood was SOOOO rude. He didn’t have paperwork and she basically treated him like trash after that. Then proceeded to throw the items for the blood draw around and stick him so hard he know has a huge bruise. Seems like she needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. If you don’t like dealing with people, don’t work in the medical field. Never a reason to be rude for no reason! Unacceptable, we will never use this facility ever again. I plan to spread the word too!
