Small but mighty is this congregation ~ Service was IN PERSON ~ first time since March 2020 ~ . Message/ sermon following the gospel reading was thought provoking, humorous, and uplifting. While listening to hymns I heard some professional level voices singing. I wonder if they have a choir ? I felt welcome and I will be back next week at 10 am

Great welcome and people. I felt like home.

I find it difficult to explain exactly why I find this place so friendly and relaxing. Nonetheless that is exactly how this feels. There's a cross between seeing great art in a museum and being in the presence of great natural wonders. Sounds a little over the top? It's not. These people are friendly and do excellent work in the community. Here's a real surprise they have a free breakfast Wednesday morning. People in the community stop by and enjoy breakfast together. What a treat. I've also had the chance to enjoy their Sunday services. Very musical people here. Some of the people who sing seem to have had a great deal of training but it does not seem to be any kind of swelled head syndrome. They also seem to have it on the ball music wise with her new music director. A recent graduate of Temple University is in the position of choir director. It's actually very exciting. It's contemporary and yet familiar.
