Came in for a new inner tube since my bike likes to eat them (I didn’t buy the bike from them). Dealt with both Ismael and Joseph. Both were great. Joseph began helping me out but Ismael finished the inner tube installation. It was a very quick replacement and was done all while I waited. While I waited I overheard Joseph talking with another customer about repairing their bike and I was overly impressed. Rather than try and upsell them on this or that and try to gain another sale he was upfront with them about the work it would need and what could or couldn’t be done in their shop. I’m more than happy to patronize a place with good customer service and doesn’t try to pull a salesmen move.

I personally do not know anything about bicycles, as much research as I did online. I was still clueless. I came here looking for answers which all of them were met, and more. I end up purchasing a bicycle from here, they even had it assembled in no time since I live over 30 minute using away. I used it this afternoon for the 1st time, and I couldn't have been any more happier with my purchase. Thank you Javier!

An incredible awesome bike that one can only dream of. My son said about the bike that was bought today from the shop. So if you looking for something unique go no further. Also helpful and professional staff that will adjust a bike exactly for a customer. Full maintenance of the purchased bike is also offered.
