Had an amazing experience purchasing my fist mountain bike! From the moment you walk in the shop, you’re greeted and they make you feel welcome. Kyle answered all my questions and was a great help! Best part was the staff were not a bunch of gear snobs but did a great job of explaining the differences between levels and price points. I highly recommend Kyle’s Bike Shop! Great staff and amazing service! Thank you, Kyle!

The staff is always super helpful and happy to answer my questions with a ton of detail. The prices are great and they have everything you need to get going on your bike. Also their bike repairs/maintenance is quick and they are flexible with you picking your bike up after a couple of days have passed if you have a strange schedule and cant make it. Their hours are also great and because they are open till 7PM, people that work a 9-5 job can stop on in after work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything bike related.

Very happy with our purchases at Kyles! They have a large selection of bikes in-store and will even help look online for models not currently in stock. Peter was awesome, informative and friendly while showing different models. They even let us know about Lake Druid mountain bike park, a great local spot to ride my Talon and her Tempt.

I wanted to go riding with my grandson after driving hours into Orlando so I went to Kyle's Bike Shop to fix an unexpected flat.. The owner/manager would not fix a "front" flat tire because my frame was rusty on "the back". He said, "It is a liability!" Advanced fixed my bike in a short couple hours so Wow. That was Kyle's Bike Shop. Never again! Go to Advanced. Smiles and no ATTITUDE . Even my grandson said "Papa, what does the front tire have to do with the back? I said ask the owner.

Thanks for the response, I need ball bearing work on a 7 gear rear mountain bike tire.
They don't, but can order some for you
I would call them ! Tomorrow in the day time when they are open ! Bike tires varry in cost so much . I would highly recommend the shop though they're great and have fixed my bike many times
The afternoon's get rather busy for the shop personnel but yes you can get through to them
We have a new phone carrier and having difficulties. Please keep calling or, im me on fb your number and we will call you back. So sorry for the inconvenience
You can buy pedals and useing a wrench, do it yourself.
The service crew there is definely capable of getting that done
In this store they have new and used mountain bikes for sale. They sell quality bike parts and accessories to customize them. They also offer repair service.
"Dear valued customer, Your health and safety is our first priority. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact communities, I want to share some of the steps we are taking to help protect you during your visit to our store. We are taking guidance from the CDC, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures. Our staff has increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, taking extra care to wipe down surfaces like door knobs, faucets, and touch screens. We provide daily updates for our staff so they can keep themselves and their families safe. We will be cancelling all shop events until further notice. We are here to serve your cycling needs however you prefer. We want your love of cycling to be a comfortable escape during a potentially stressful time. We encourage you to take a break from social media and the news to ride your bike. Sincerely, KBS For more info. https://www.kylesbikeshop.net/articles/coronavirus-pg2229.htm
Bearings are bearings... I'm confident they can get your service needs taken care of. Always best to bring your wheel to them so they can determine exactly what is needed and give you a solid cost for the repair.
The type of shoe that would work for spinning are mountain bike shoes, yes they do sell them there.
I have seen the Fizik brand and I think Giant. However, I am sure you can also get other brands. I used Google Translate ... I hope I didn't say anything wrong by mistake. The Kyle's Bike Shop is amazing. You should go visit!
I do not believe that Kyle's Bike Shop sells Scott bicycles. The Scott Scale is a sweet ride for sure. I actually looked at one before getting my 2018 Giant Anthem Advanced 29er. If you are open to different brands... you should definitely try out the Anthem.
They are a full service shop for both road and mountain bike so I'm confident they can get whatever you may need. If you are close to them I would recommend taking your bike in so they can determine exactly what you need. Or, if you already know exactly what you need... call them up and see if they have it in stock or can order it. Either way, they will take care of you.
Jessica, Kyle's Bike Shop has a great service center. Brent is the Service Manager and your best bet would be to call the shop. However, from experience calling any bike shop... it would be best to bring the bike to them so they can check it out and give you a firm price. Hope this helps.
Yes, we sell electric bikes from Giant bicycles, Kona, and Bianchi.
Did you try craiglist? https://orlando.craigslist.org/search/bia?purveyor-input=all&bicycle_type=9
It will depend on your bike and the type of lock you want. Call them to get the best answer.
I think they can handle pretty much anything ! They are great
Call tomorrow
Labor would be around $40.00 Not entirely sure the cost of the axel, best thing would be to bring it to our service center.
Depends on the type of rear derailleur you have. Come on in for a free estimate!
Just FYI, this isn't a chat window to KBS. They don't necessarily see these questions immediately. You should call them for that. An appropriate type of question would be one that other patrons could answer like "are they a Subrosa dealer" or "do they have weekly rides on Thursday. (Both answers are yes by the way.
Yes, on brands we are authorized dealers. Giant, Kona and Bianchi.
No we don't work or install gas powered engines on bicycles. Sorry!
