Amazing customer service! I was driving by a week ago, and stopped in because I wanted to upgrade my shoes. The shop was appointment only, but they let me in and spent a lot of time with me. They ended up giving me a great deal on a pair of Scott Road RC Evo shoes that were last years models and happened to fit great. I’ve put 200 miles on the shoes in the last 10 days and am very happy with them. I know I’ll be back next year when the new Scott foil is available.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. These guys online business is a SCAM. I ordered a Stages 8100 power meter from them and was shipped and older model. When I contacted them about the issue they drug out the return for weeks before refusing to accept a return. SCAMMERS & CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!

Loving my new Caledonia! Joey and Tic are awesome guys who are super helpful, easy to talk to, and want to make sure you get on the right bike. My only regret is I should have gone to WPC years ago!

These guys are awesome! Their reservation system is quick and efficient. Mechanics take care of your bike as if it’s theirs. It’s also great that folks at the store remember you and ask how’s you’re doing, they definitely want to get to know the customers. Been taking my bike here for servicing for over a year, always a great experience. Highly recommend!
