Took longer than I expected to book an appointment. Once I did manage to snag a time spot the work was completed to my complete satisfaction. We've used their services three times over the past couple of years. They are not inexpensive but keep in mind that they come to you and that, IMO, adds a fair amount of value.

Hello! It all depends on the brand. Some companies we have relationships with and are able to access technical support. Others (like generic bikes purchased online), there is no contact information for support, and therefore no ability to diagnose or troubleshoot beyond basic external repairs like loose connections.
