Little Homestead In the Forest

Not open on Mondays as listed. Drove quite a long distance to drop off, only to find the facility closed. The sign on the gate there has the correct hours listed. Please update the Google information to keep others from making the same mistake if possible. It cost me an hour and a half of my day, not to mention gas $. My son has also had experience with some rude employees, as others have stated.

Love these guys! They are ornery and hilarious, I wouldn’t want it any other way! They keep everyone moving along. They are efficient and professional. ❤️🌟they are the best!!! Always super busy…if people respect them they have no problem smiling! Keep it friendly and appreciate the job they do!

Noticed some other reviews claiming that the employees here are ornery.. but I've had no such experience. Every time I go, I am amazed with the professionalism, directness, and kindness demonstrated by these gentlemen. It's a job that someone has to do, and for me these employees have a clean track record as far as positive attitudes and helpfulness go. Just be courteous and follow the rules. They don't bite.

So grateful to have this resource. I saw complaints about rude employees. Keep in mind that they are managing the general public in a relatively hazardous activity. And that they also have to be vigilant against inappropriate hazardous waste disposal.
