If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been receiving mystery invoices even though I have had Sunpass since 2013. Had a 67 min wait to talk to someone about what could be causing the issue, and she said I changed my car information in the beginning of January. None of my car info has changed. I asked to speak to someone else because the person helping me was so rude and she said that I was not giving her a good enough reason to speak to another person and hung up on me. Now there is a 100 minute wait....I poked around our account more on my own and it seems as though they deleted our license plate numbers from the account so they could charge us the greater amount. This company is a scam and the people are incredibly rude. 100% get an E-pass instead.

If its a removable transponder then anywhere on ur windshield, but if its the sticker kind then i'd place it half way down the windshield.
If you do not have $$ for a unmanned toll, you are to take the envelope that is offered (next to the change machine) and remitt payment within 10 days. If you don't do this, a violation notice with be mailed out to the address and owner where the vehicle is registered. Hope this info helped... Been working in toll enforcement for 15 years
