If negative stars existed, the PGA (so-called) 'Superstore' in Orlando earned those negative stars. Traveled over an hour to get to this PGA store only to experience the absolute worst customer service ever! Store was not packed, few people in and out. No one, repeat Not One, person working in this store has any interest in selling golf clubs, apparel, gear, and anything else in the store. Not one of the 'employees' were there to work. Playing on the monitors for personal playtime, check; chat amongst themselves, check; making fun of customers leaving the store, check; avoiding talking to customers, check; walking away from customers before they can ask a question, check; completely ignoring customers, check. Had every intention of setting up an appointment and waking away with new blades, driver, fairway woods, and replacing wedges that were stolen from me, new bags (wanted a new tour bag and stand bag), golf shoes. Didn't even come close to buying clubs or anything else. Took a few different demo clubs at different times and walked into an empty bay to take a few swings. Four 'employees' standing in the bay next to me disappeared by the time I turned around, everytime. Manager and every so-called 'employee' in this store should be fired, they would never work for me, ever. Went to Edwin Watts and Golf Galaxy and they couldn't do enough to assist. If this PGA store closed, they would be helping the game of golf. If golf manufacturers only knew how bad this store is, pretty sure they would pull their gear out, and they should pull their gear. Do yourself a favor, attend a demo day at your local range or course, or head on over to Edwin Watts or Golf Galaxy and enjoy your golf fitting experience. Bottom line, this PGA 'so-called 'Superstore' is a disgrace, don't waste your time. Will never return to this 'store'. If there is an owner, he/she clearly does not care about the business of golf.

FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.

I do not know, they do not let in people who carry back packs or golf bags, go to GALAXY GOLF is near there, behind WHOLE FOODS, there they are very kind, they receive you very well
