Nicest Bike store I've been to. I got my Bike from them (Talon 4). The manager also helped me choose the right Headlight for my night rides. this is a Store where people who work there know about the trade and they are not over and pushing you to buy something. I recommend them 200%

Since the owners changed, the overall quality of the shop has dropped. Bought my bike from the previous owners. Great service. The bike came with lifetime limited service. Called the shop while owned by the new people, asked about and explained the matter, was told to come in, and the lady at the front still demanded a charge for the services that were supposed to be covered. Worse yet, she tacitly agreed over the phone to the original proposition only to switch attitudes after in possession of my bike. It is unfortunate that they act this way. I may not have pursued it further, but these practices will not serve them well.

I do not recommend it, the new manager is rude, he does not let you talk, you also ask him about the guarantee that by right corresponds to you and the first thing he talks about is costs, the new manager lacks education ... it is a shame because the previous manager Cooper was an excellent person and professional. very respectful.
