This place is the worst for service. I have gone there 3 separate times and each time I encountered an incompetent employee. The first time was about 2 years ago when I was looking for a replacement rim for a Trek Marlin. I understood it wasn’t something that would be in stock, but I figured a Trek dealer would be a logical place to ask about getting a replacement part. When the rim could not be sourced, I asked if he was able to measure the ERD (effective rim diameter). He then looks at the rim sticker, points to the ETRTO, and says “there it is. It’s 622”. Ugh! *facepalm* The second time was about two weeks ago when I asked for a headset race to be fitted to a fork. It was the exact part made by the same manufacturer of the fork and recommended for it. The lead mechanic tried getting it on only to tell me the dimensions don’t match up and there was no way for it to fit. I went to Kyle’s Bike Shop where they had the most current 1.5” Park crown race setting tool and got the part on in under 10 seconds. The third time was when I needed a crank arm pedal rethreaded. I asked if they had a left arm helicoil in stock. They knew they didn’t, but asked me to bring in my heavy bike off my vehicle anyway. After unloading it and bringing it in, I was told its a service they try to avoid as much as possible. Why tell me to bring in the bike then?? I ended up going to Winter Park Cycles to get the helicoil. I don’t how this place has a 4.9 rating. I really don’t. Orange Cycle provides much better service (at a better price too) and is only a few blocks away. I thought I could use them as a convenient alternative for when other shops don’t have stuff, but that is not the case. I rarely bother to write negative reviews, but this place is consistently bad. I gave them more tries than they deserve. As always, YMMV, but I would not recommend this place.

The service was fantastic and prices were fair. William greeted me warmly and patiently helped me through the process of finding the perfect bike for me... and didn't try to push me out of my budget. I'd recommend William and David's to everyone!

Quality and customer service at its best. Thanks to David and Darrell I picked my bike, drove 2 hrs to get it.

I was looking to replace the wheels on one bike because they were heavily rusted and to replace the tires on another. I had done some checking around for prices and the average was around a $140.00 to replace the wheels. At David's I told them what I needed and the size of the wheels. The gentleman that helped me said, let me check something in the back and came out with the front and rear wheels that were used at nearly a third of the price I had been quoted by other businesses. Not to mention, they were aluminum, so they won't rust! So, I basically walked out of the store and it cost me a lot less than what it would have cost to fix just one bike!!! Yay, for me and a big thank you to David's!
