My wife and I came in with an idea of what we wanted for our young teenage daughter. We were immediately greeted with a friendly and warm smile from the staff. They listen to what we thought we might have wanted and never interrupted us. They explained the many aspects of the different types of bicycles and the pros and cons of each of the ones we were interested in. We got to talking with the owner which was nice to see. Most places you never see the actual owner. I was very much impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. My favorite part is that they are there to make you happy and comfortable with your new purchase. They didn’t try and sell us a very expensive bike because that wasn’t what my daughter needed. I have a nice bike and have now found a wonderful place to have my bike serviced. I cannot say enough good things about this place, you’ll love the selection, the service, the staff, and the way how you are treated like family even though we just met them. If you want a great bike, knowledgeable people and incredible service, then look no further than Advanced Cycles in Orlando. You’ll be happy you did.

My husband and I were at the store on a Monday morning and we were attended by Eric, if I remember correctly, that was his name. He was super attentive and explained several things to us, patiently answered our barrage of questions and after a lot of talking, we decided which bike we wanted. I really liked the negotiation and the amount of items in their stock even in difficult times of parts replacement. They offered us eternal maintenance service for the bikes we bought and we were very pleased with that. I hope it really works as expected.
