Lisa , who coordinates our caregivers, has excellent follow up and timely communication. She communicates night/ day/ weekend to keep us informed. I have been so impressed with her attentiveness and consistent excellent customer service, which i am sure has been a struggle to fill all of the many requests during this past year with covid.

This company is fantastic, they are extremely caring, friendly and dedicated. They’ve been taking incredible care of my grandpa for the past couple of years and he always talks about how kind they are to him and how much they check in on him to make sure that he is healthy and happy. I have seen them go above and beyond to provide exceptional care for families and their love ones. No, you should never tip your caregiver or be made to feel like you need to tip your caregiver. You pay Right at Home for all services provided and Right at Home pays your caregiver directly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Right at Home takes care of screening and vetting caregivers, and conducting caregiver background checks so you don’t have to. You can save yourself a great deal of time and enjoy peace of mind knowing that a team of experienced professionals has your back. Families who hire independent caregivers must take on the responsibilities of being an employer, which includes performing their own caregiver background checks, managing payroll and tax withholdings, and providing professional liability insurance. There are no backup caregivers for sick days, and it can be challenging to locate, hire and train caregivers.
