If you don’t like your job find another one love. So I came to return a package and immediately the employee told me my return slip was too small and it wouldn’t scan (I’ve don’t this before it’s not). He then proceeded to say “see” (as if it wouldn’t scan) and it SCANNED 😂 . After that he told me I need to tape my return slip on my package and I need to tape up my package. Not too sure if other posts office employees are being nice but I’ve never had to do this myself. He told me I would have to purchase my own tape because there tape is for PRIORITY use only and my package isn’t a priority. The service here is VERY LAZY & I will not be returning. 😉

The employees at the desk here are the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. As a regular customer here, they have always been unfriendly, and unwilling to do their jobs professionally. I’ve been asked to wait several minutes when no one else was even in the store and the employee was busy doing something else instead of assisting me. They also make every interaction much more difficult than it needs to be. I will travel the extra miles to go to a post office that has competent employees or perhaps stop using USPS all together. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST

Limited parking, but the service was quite nice. The employees there have always been friendly to me and the limited edition stamp selection was whimsical!

Laura was the most helpful Post Office employee I have ever come across in my life. Absolutely amazing! I went in to renew a bulk mail permit, but wasn't sure of the type. To ensure we didn't make an error on the renewal she called another post office to get clarification, and after a few minutes we had figured out the correct type we needed and got it renewed. I have never left a google review before, but Laura's service was so far and above any customer service I have ever received at a post office, I just had to leave a 5 star review and praise her efforts. If other federal public servants were anywhere nears as helpful, energetic and engaged as she was, it would make interacting with public agencies infinitely more enjoyable. Great job Laura, and thanks for the wonderful help today!
