I come here quite a bit since I have an e-commerce business. I’ve started dropping my packages off inside because it’s much too hot to use the package drop off outside. The first time I came the woman helped me immediately intuitively realizing I was simply dropping off. The next time I went (today) she wasn’t there. Instead it was a man in training and the supervisor with the big beard. I saw the man training ask his supervisor questions multiple times to which the supervisor completely ignored him or took his sweet time to go help. I made eye contact with several other customers and they noticed as well. And the guy only chose to speak to and help people he knew. If he recognized someone he’d immediately pull them out of line to help them but other than that he’d Ignore everyone and sit and chill or touch a package just to look semi busy. Like I have never seen such a blatantly terrible supervisor. Just because you’re a supervisor doesn’t mean you’re exempt from still hopping on that computer and helping to get the line down.

This place gets 5 stars from me. If you look at my review of other places, that’s a huge compliment. Every time I go in there the service is beyond AMAZING from everyone in there. Whoever trained them on their service skills or hired these people needs to be commended on a job well done. We left a pkg OUTSIDE the door by accident. We have a P.O box there, they actually called us (bright and early) the next morning to let us know they found it outside and safely put it up for us. How is that for service? It’s a smaller post office. With it being a smaller post office you would think they’d be overwhelmed and not as helpful. The location (and size) makes me think they’re there to serve the USF students (primarily) but open to the general public as well. At times (not all the time) the wait can be a tad long. Actually, I don’t remember going to any post office across the United States of America and not waiting in a looooong line. Honestly, I’m seen faster here. The majority of the time (not all) when I go there’s no wait or 1 person ahead. I only mentioned the long wait times because I seen complaints about it in other reviews. (Yes, I’m nosey 😜). The service, eagerness to assist and genuine hospitality you get here, you will NOT get at another post office. Tip: Do NOT go right before closing. As I said I’ve been there a few times at different times. It always appears that right before closing everyone floods in there.
