Ybor City is a black hole for USPS, has been for 5+ years now. Every time I have a small parcel routed thru their distribution warehouse it never gets out on time if ever. If I knew it was going to pass thru Ybor I would have paid the $40 for overnight shipping just to avoid that place. Current package has been “delayed” twice. Still shows accepted into Ybor with no out scan.

Missing package due to mistake of sender. This Ybor Post Office was extremely helpful. Two kind ladies helped us out in figuring out the issue. I dislike USPS 99% of the time but they were extremely helpful this time. So although they remain unnamed, I thank you ladies very much!

Mailed a flat rate box to my daughter in Michigan on April 11th. It should have been there no later than April 15th but I gave it extra time because it was Easter weekend. The tracking never updated after being scanned in Ybor. I’ve had to file a claim for my daughter’s Easter gifts. The insurance doesn’t cover the value of it but I doubt I’ll get any money back. The post office in Michigan tried to contact this location with no success. This is happening to so many people… what’s going on???

This is the 2nd time Ybor distribution sent my package to IN instead of PA Delaying it another 3 days. I would say how is this possible but apparently everybody at this Post office could care less about their paychecks! Unreliable P.O. and I'm in Pennsylvania I have multiple packages come through this distribution center. Please someone start handing out the Adderall?? someone needs too, apparently the employees at this distribution center are not paying attention to packages! You realize you're sending life sustaining medication through the mail your job is deliver it correctly you have ONE JOB PEOPLE!!!!!
