Constance is wonderful. She provides a warm and supportive environment, which is the perfect setting to learn and grow. I’ve learned so much from working with her and I cannot recommend her enough.

My husband and I really enjoyed our sessions with Eric and Constance. They truly helped us to understand each other and ourselves as individuals and as a couple. We plan to be back for another set of sessions!

I can’t recommend Constantly Healthy enough. I’ve worked with both Constance and Eric. If you are looking for a therapist you can trust right away, someone who wants to help you succeed, and results—look no further. The receptionist Britney is also very sweet and caring. They are amazing about accommodating a difficult schedule and they truly care. I’ve been through multiple therapists before finding this team and now I look forward to every visit. Constantly Healthy feels like a family, and I am happy to apart of it.

No, we are a self-pay counseling practice. We believe you should dictate your treatment, not your insurance. By not taking insurance, we are empowering our clients, allowing them to choose who they see, how often they see them, and what type of therapy they’ll receive.
Constantly Healthy Counseling & Coaching is a self-pay counseling practice. We believe you should dictate your treatment, not your insurance. By not taking insurance, we are empowering our clients, allowing them to choose who they see, how often they see them, and what type of therapy they’ll receive. Our rates and pricing is based on the services you receive and will be discussed during your initial consultation. Payment is due at the time of the session.
We all experience some kind of stress or anxiety at one point or another in our lives. Most of the time we are able to bounce back from it while other times it is beneficial to seek therapy. Symptoms of mental health issues present themselves in a variety of ways. The inability to sleep, focus, eat, and or work can all be signs that you need a little extra help coping with a struggle. Counseling can be the extra help and guidance you need to get you back on track in your life.
Depending on your situation and therapy goals, counseling can last a few sessions or several weeks or years. While you likely want to know how long it's going to take to "feel better," there's no simple answer. It's very individualized.
There are many reasons for you to want to receive therapy. A common misconception is that you have to have a crisis or stressful event to seek therapy, but it doesn’t always have to be because of that. A possible reason could be that you just want to work on something about yourself or even to improve something. It is always okay to start therapy just because you think you may need a little extra help or just want someone to talk to. Seeking therapy is first and foremost you’re making a conscious effort to create a better life for yourself. All reasons are valid and accepted and we applaud you for making that choice.
Anyone and everyone. Here at Constantly Healthy Counseling & Coaching we offer therapy to any individual, professional, couple, family, teen, or child ages 8 and up.
Your first session with a counselor will be different from future visits. The initial visit is a period for you and your counselor to get to know each other and get an idea of how to proceed. Future visits will be more therapeutic in nature. For example, in your second session, you may explore a specific symptom, situation, or past trauma you mentioned in the first session. We believe life is a journey, and every journey is unique. It takes courage to get started with therapy. We want you to know that we know that you are strong, and you are making the right choice to become even stronger. Together, we can create a new individualized path for self-fulfillment that encourages you to become your best self.
Our counseling sessions typically last 1 hour.
Yes! Even counselors need someone to talk to or to work through their own troubles that arise in their lives.
A big part of successful therapy is feeling comfortable with your counselor, which may come over time. However, if after a few meetings, you’re just not clicking, you do have the choice to seek out another counselor. To determine if you're receiving the best care from your counselor, the National Alliance on Mental Illnesses recommends asking yourself the following questions. Answering no can help you make the decide to find a new counselor. Do they challenge you? Do they check-in with you? Do they guide you to your goals? Do they help you learn? Do they show acceptance and compassion? Do they treat you as an equal?
It depends. The American Psychological Association suggests considering therapy when something causes distress and interferes with some part of life, particularly when: Thinking about or coping with the issue takes up at least an hour each day The issue causes embarrassment or makes you want to avoid others The issue has caused your quality of life to decrease The issue has negatively affected school, work, or relationships You’ve made changes in your life or developed habits to cope with the issue If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, we invite you to reach out to our counseling team. We offer a free 15 minute consultation so that you can see if you think counseling would be the right fit for you.
Unfortunately, it is thought that only about 40% of people with mental health issues get help. Untreated mental health issues often get worse and may have other negative effects. Sometimes they lead to: Inability to work or go to school Difficulty in relationships or taking care of children Increased risk of health issues Hospitalization Suicide If you find yourself unable to cope with your anxiety, counseling could be an excellent tool for you. During your counseling sessions we can help you learn new techniques to help you overcome or live with your anxiety.
Anyone looking to have an easier time navigating through life's challenges could benefit from the techniques taught during counseling. These techniques can help everyone to better address their own circumstances. You don’t have to be in the middle of a crisis to desire to make your life better.
