I was in an auto accident on July 2 2022 and called another law firm at that time and never received a call back. I used them around 2015 because my insurance company did not want to pay a claim. They were great back then and I talked with an attorney and they asked me questions and asked for my policy and they won my case. I called them today 2022 with our current problem of insurance denying long term care claim. A person (not attorney)listened to our case and told us they would send us a link to go to to see if they could take our case. The link only was interested in CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT POSSIBILITES having to do with accidents, medications or the like. It was obvious to me they only wanted BIG DOLLAR cases. What a shockingly different experience I had this time versus the last time. The commercials about helping the "NOBODY" only apply if that nobody has a case that could make Morgan & Morgan a ton of money. If not they are not interested anymore. Today, based on what just happened over the phone to me, they would not take my case from 2015 because it does not pay enough. So, it appears to me like the "little man" getting burned by his insurance company no longer matters and is NOT WORTH IT for Morgan & Morgan--- they have become TOO LARGE--- it appears like it's all about the profit now not about truly helping people.

I searched online for an attorney to handle a consumer protection matter and Morgan and Morgan came up, They called me this morning based on the online form I completed with detailed information about my issue and once again it was a complete waste of time. After asking me to go through the entire issue again. I was told Unfortunately M&M wouldn't be able to help and when I asked what type of attorney may be able to help the lady said I can't provide legal advice. DON'T WASTE TIME CONTACTING THEM!!! 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THEY CANT HELP

Morgan & Morgan 201 N Franklin St, 7th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602 Personal Injury Attorney albert cheever 1358 points 3 minutes ago I, am currently with this firm now, I have had an life changing accident where the city is at fault , however these lawyers don't like to return phone calls, it takes [months] to get a response and so far as I am now, broken back, out of money, lost my home cars and all my possessions and if it weren't for my loving friends , homeless, at least I was able to keep my dog of eight years , the only thing I have left to keep me sane. Almost two years later and have only been able to talk to my representative a few times. This sucks. However there is light at the end of the tunnel, I have talked to a local news station about my situation, they got back with me and asked if there were any others I may know that have had similar issues with this firm, and I said well, just look at the Google reviews.

Great law group have a lawyer for every type of case.it can't hurt to call them and find out if there's something they can do. Tell you right on the phone. Or maybe refer you to some type of state agency. But like I said it can't hurt the call they will say either they can or can't help you
Lisa you won't have any problems they've got Spanish speaking attorneys, furthermore the spanish-speaking attorneys have a willingness like no other, I'm quite sure you'll be in good hands, just dip your toes in the water
All I can say is call Morgan & Morgan there's some of the best attorneys and I don't know if they're licensed out of state but just give him a call and I'll tell you if they can help you or not they're pretty straight up about that
