I don't give low reviews, and while this office is great to getting things done (so long as you have everything prepared ahead of time), never in my years of going to a postal office have I been accused of stealing tape. I always purchase my own tape, sometimes from USPS, but I've never been aware that apparently 'every postal worker knows to physically mark tape as purchased'. This has never happened to any tape I've bought while at the post office. Not in my time in Chicago, Savannah, nor here in Tampa. But this one worker (a young polish woman) was adamant that I had taken it from the wall and needed to pay for it. Visibly, the tape was MORE THAN HALF way used and had a lot of fuzz stuck to the sides. So, I guess in the 15 minutes I was there in line, I used more than half the tape for a single package and stuck it to myself repeatedly for lint or something. If marking their tape after purchase was such an apparent thing, it clearly wasn't done by other workers over the years, how the heck am I supposed to prove beyond that for a purchase made a couple of months ago? I get her general concern, anyone can steal tape by pulling it off the wall, but the visual comparison to my tape and a new roll were so drastic that it should have been obvious that it wasn't new in the first place. I didn't have to pay in the end, stood my ground on this, but this experience was so stupid and spiked my general social anxiety for embarrassment that I didn't need.

The passport area say 9-4.. I got there at 830am it was 945am and not a soul was there to assist anyone who needed help... I proceeded to the mail department to ask someone at what time the passport place will be open... She yield and said " my 1st appt is at 11"...I approched her nicely and said my appt is @ 1215 but my work scheduled change so I came on early... " You will have to reschedule" she stated... I was like those appointments are 3 months out, you really want me to reschedule... " Yes you would have too". Very poor customer service and coming from a health care background there was No compassion.. she clearly does not like her job and is very miserable. This is not how u treat people. I am never taking my business to this place again. They all need a customer service class

Thanks Dona for helping us and u r a very nice kind person.i give this office a 10 even though it's a 5 star ⭐✨ rating only. Needing is I'd for self if there's kids u need parents and ids Need application ready Need photo which I got at CVS but Walgreens also does it. They do it here too but I think is more. And if have kids take them 16 and up have to sign for them self due to count as adult. Lastly passport is 130. plus 35. Fee each for adult 16 and up. And 100. plus 35. For kids.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but I was so shocked by the bad customer service at this location that I really hope management reevaluates their employees. I needed to drop off a package (already had a shipping label and everything) and was met with the WORST attitude by an employee named Danya (Donya or Tanya?)… I needed to tape the box closed and she insisted that they didn’t have any tape except the little scotch tape (which would be crazy because I go to the post office a lot for work and they ALWAYS have packing tape). She told me to go home and tape it up there and then bring it back. Finally another (actually intelligent) employee pointed out to her that they did have some proper packing tape, which Danya then reluctantly handed me. I began to tape up the box and she rudely told me to “move aside and come back when you’re done.” Seeing that there was a long line of people I asked if I needed to wait in line again, and then she raised her voice and said “I told you to come back when you’re done!” I told her that I still needed to buy stamps and then she yelled at me again that I could buy the stamps when I dropped off the package. LUCKILY another employee came over and relieved her of her duties and I was able to carry out the rest of my transaction just fine with the nice, helpful employee. Danya (or whatever her name was… some grumpy white girl) should not be allowed to interact with people. She had already sent the lady in front of me away with the whole “I don’t have tape” thing, so I think she was mad she was proven wrong… and shown how lazy and incompetent she was… absolutely appalling

Yes, they are all mailed separately for security purposes
That is the owner/landlord's responsibility, unfortunately. Tenant can try with a copy of the lease. Good luck, I've been through that, it's a hassle!
If you've lost one of your community mailbox keys, have your spare key copied at any hardware store or locksmith. If you've lost both keys, complete the online form to request new keys. The cost to replace lost keys is $29 plus applicable hope it helps
Regular hours. 8:30-4:00, 5:00, 6:00 p.m. depending on the location.
Yes you can, this is NOT a contract PO I recommend going online and schedule an appointment, otherwise you'll be waiting a long time. My daughter and I were in and out with an appointment in about 15-20 minutes
They will order it IF you're in their area of delivery. Ask them to hold your mail until they can provide a new key
Yes, they ship worldwide & are very helpful. But closed tomorrow for MLK JR Day.
No, cash or DEBIT card only, no credit cards
Yes, you do. But once you make the appointment & show on time, the process is very quick & painless. Just be sure to have all original documents with you! Good luck😉
Very possible
I don't think they take pictures but they do process the passports
Yes
Go inside and ask a postal service employee, they can check with your local delivery person
Saturday is by appt only. During the week they accept walk ins until 3pm since you have to sign up but they are actually open I believe until 4pm
Yes
I don't believe they have commercial size scales at this post office, so it would need to fit on the countertop scale they have.
