I lost my mailbox key. What should i do to get a new one? The 1-800 number is not helping. It takes forever to talk to an agent. I live very close to bruce b downs station

If you've lost one of your community mailbox keys, have your spare key copied at any hardware store or locksmith. If you've lost both keys, complete the online form to request new keys. The cost to replace lost keys is $29 plus applicable hope it helps
