Been standing here 20 minutes waiting to speak to Vric about a package one of his employees stole from me. No site of him and I've been waiting 4 days for a response from him. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This office needs a lessen in customer service. Do not use this facility!

Since zero stars isn’t an option. The office doesn’t have central AC. The staff have clearly given up on life so they have no customer service & no sense of urgency or efficiency. I arrived at 12:05pm and left at 12:50pm all to over night a document. When I got to the window the first time I wasn’t told to simply fill it out and not wait in line, so will with no direction I waited twice : then they told other who passed me & not once advised me otherwise: they just let me be ignorant to that …Also, your phones internet will not work in the building . I want to unalive Myself after that experience. Go to another branch .

Delivery people will postpone deliveries on Sunday to the driver on Monday just so they don’t have to deal with it. This is the third time I’ve had my delivery postponed on a Sunday. This branch is embarrassing to the usps

I give it 1 start and I do not even think it deserves that. Just moved about a month ago to Tampa. My package never got delivered to my mailbox. However when I check it the tracking # it says it was delivered. I called and after being on the phone for more than 20 min I got to talk to a representative who told me "I just needed to file a claim". Went in person to post office. Line was ridiculous. 1 hour in line. Couldn't help me either and told me to file a claim online. The thing is that based on these reviews this has been going on where packages are not being delivered by the carrier of this location. They could hear I was highly upset by this and the most they said was " This stuff happens". Like it was no big deal. I have never had this happened before EVER. Maybe they need a new carrier or people that actually do their job

I had an extremely pleasant experience. It was a long line, but moved along quickly as one teller in particular a young lady made it very worth the wait! She was so nice! Ty for making my Day a little better by your beautiful smile & amazing attitude! Nice job post office @3201 w hillsbourough)

If it's a bill write return to sender undeliverable as addressed on it and the sender should remove the address from their list.
