Went in with an ear infection. Doctor said no antibiotics these things go away in 3-4 weeks. He asked how long did you say you had it? I said 5 weeks. He said these thing take 6-8 weeks. It got worse. I went back, Next doc put me on antibiotics. Didn’t work. She referred me to a specialist. My appt for the specialist was 1.5 months away. So I called Green Hills and asked if there was anything they could do. They talked to the doc and said I already had 2 rounds of antibiotics. I said no I had one. They offered nose spray. Useless. A quick google tells you it can take a few rounds of antibiotics. Why do I know more than a doctor? This is insane. My ear infection has now spread to my lungs. Can’t believe I paid for this type of negligent treatment. Update. Went to a new doctor and they gave me the correct antibiotics with a steroid. They plan to do another round after this one. This could of saved me months of agony.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2* instead of 1. Is because of the doctor I go there to see. Beyond them, this place is a catastrophe. Clearly there is a lack of communication going on in this place. I've never gone to a doctor's office, that doesn't put refills on your prescriptions that you're getting monthly. Making it so that I miss at least one, to sometimes 3 doses of my medication. Can't get it refilled on weekends, and if, or when, they decide to get around to your message. it'll be at least another day+ till you can get your medication. Going to be looking into other doctors offices if this isn't fixed soon.

I don't have any issues with them. I needed a physical on short notice for an operation recently. I was worked in quickly.

Avoid this cluster of an office. Put me on a medication, doctor decided to leave the office, can see why… new doctor without seeing me, decided she won’t fill it. Without seeing me, had the nurse call to tell me. Pharmacy told me when I started going here, this office has lots of problems communicating. We’ll they weren’t wrong. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this office will be closed soon.
