My father resided here for about 1 year before he died. I was a bit weary of the downtown location, but the building is very secure and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Mary in management and Sharon in food services. My father mentioned he enjoyed the meals. The heat and air conditioning can be individually controlled for each resident's comfort. The small kitchen area in each unit is a nice added feature. The entire staff was very understanding during my father's illness. Thank you for everything.

Try to make an appointment to visit a family member. No one answers phone and have to leave a message. Haven't seen the family member all year and would like to see this family member.

My father has dementia, a very difficult disease to cope with, for both the patient and the caregivers. The Manor at Market Square has been, for the most part, willing to work with our family to navigate through this devastating time. They have recently hired a much needed Memory Care Director, and her dedication is commendable. I am thankful that even through this horrible pandemic, there is some place willing to house, and care for our elderly loved ones because no one in my family has the wherewithal or knowledge required to do the job! Our community is located at 803 Penn Street. We are happy to provide furniture but encourage residents to bring their own from home.
Manor at Market Square has employees working in athe community 24/7. However, our business office is open from 8 - 5 every day. Our secure entrances are located at both the front and back of the building. Just ring the bell!

Yes! Manor at Market Square provides three meals a day. Meals are prepared on-site with fresh food. There is a daily salad bar and special diets can be accomodated!
It really depends ~ the best thing to do is call our sales department. They can walk you through the process of paperwork. We would also suggest that you schedule a tour!
