Water gets caught off every month for 8 hours or more with no notice. Rodents in the buildings and cabinets. You will register your car with the leasing office and it will still get towed with 400 dollar impound fee. They also tow cars for backing into a parking space. Just pay the extra money and live at the other communities in the surrounding areas. The assistant manager and front end receptionist are extremely bias and unprofessional. The community is advertised as a gated community but anyone can drive.

I have never lived with mice the way they are in this apartment for what I pay dealing with rodents should not be a issue there is always a situation where you either have to move your car or park far away from your building also the 6201 building is the building that management sends majority young afro American people along with the younger generation it always reeks of marajuana also it’s supposed to be a smoke free complex which in my opinion is unfair I’m not a smoker however if I was they should not be able to police me in the apartment I pay for and you will be in a breach of contract if you do smoke they will cancel your lease and you have no move the office is never open and when it is Mrs Taniesha Queen has a air about herself that when you go to the office she seems to feel like she is being bothered with you so communication is very uncomfortable the biggest thing I can’t deal with is the rodents DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO LIE TO YOU ABOUT ISSUES WITH RODENTS I live here so I’m not assuming I am stating FACTS and they charge for everything dnt lose your keys they require 50 to get another one parking is always a issue we where given new decals for parking however tht changed nothing at all and if you have a overnight guest you need to get a visitor’s parking permit before they come so if your guest arrive unannounced and the office which is never open is closed your running the risk of being TOWED at your expense who visits you is not their business think Twice before signing a lease look elsewhere first make this you last and only option

Not the best place to live. There are rats in all the apartment buildings. Worse than anything is the customer service from the leasing office. Staff is unhelpful and confrontational. Especially Tinesha. With the price of rent being comparable to other apartments in the area there is no reason to live here.

The apartments have potential. It's something always wrong with the water! I mean every month the water is cut off for a whole 6-8 hrs. They offer you no credits to your rent when they shut the water off! Been here for 3 years and had 3 different leasing managers already. We have to share the pool with another apartment complex and we can barely use it. At one point we couldn’t use it at all and that’s an amenity that’s included. The cleaning crew is the absolute best. I have to get my tub fixed for the third time and the assistant leasing manager told me I would have to pay! Can’t wait to move from here!
