So far so good love my place and maintenance came thru ! Do too pandemic I didn't call about my bathroom door but I know when I do they will take care of it! Ok it's 7/2022 I see they doing little by little touching things up! Omg so glad they came the next morning to fix my sink it would had been a mess

1. Roaches. Didn't have them when I moved in. New neighbor brought them with them. Very little has been done about it besides putting down traps which did F##k all. 2. Random water shut offs. Water is shut off completely at random without notice several times a month. As of the time this review was written, we are currently on day 2 of a water shut off with no ETA on when water will become available again. 3. It takes MONTHS for maintenance requests to be acknowledged. 4. A fob system was installed a while ago. Residents to not have an entry code or a buzzer system to allow access for delivery drivers or guests. 5. There's a Parcel Pending locker on-site, but it has been out of order for almost 2 years. Why is it still there taking up space next to the rental office? Heaven only knows. 6. There is definitely a phone in the rental office, but the staff almost never answers it. Perhaps it's merely there for decoration? 7. The "laundry" rooms are in a horrendous state. I suspect they are rarely cleaned or updated. 8. DON'T move here!

On Thursday January 06 2022 I and a friend of mines stopped pass to visit the homes and Apartments of metro pointe, On a nice tour of the apartments by Ms. Brittany she in the office staff greeted us with a kind, genuine and professional attitude. They answered all of our questions with a smile, they also acommendanted us, with additional information of the floor plans and new onsite property development. Folks if you thinking to move any time soon this would be a good ideal place to live

It would be nice to meet with someone from AION. Promises of a return phone call----never happens. Email is ok but not everyone has it so news does not reach all residents---like the 2% offered off rent . No email so you didn't get this. Need to find a way to send out info. A green company but all residents don't get the message.Comments like this doesn't seem to help No improvements in.apartments---no upgrades. And paying for own carpet now!!!! Even after.being here for so many years Residents are moving Upper mgmt should find out why. It could be soooooo much better. Talk to folks, it may be to your advantage as well as residents.

This is 110% true! And what's ironic is that the grounds are teeming with stray cats so it's really a feat of nature that we still have such a mouse issue!
