Was interested in moving into this location. Everytime i called no answer and going to the building i seen a lady see me & constantly ignored me standing outside. Customer service is horrible even spoke with a few residents and they confirmed the horrible customer service and them ignoring me standing out front.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ! Even spent 30 min out front trying to get buzzed in . Resident came out in told me they haven’t been there all dayCTP, I am very disappointed to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the staff at Metro Heights at Mondawmin.
