If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. I brought my husband in for chest pains and 6 hours later we are still sitting here in the waiting room of the ER. Everyone around us has been talking about how they have been here for longer than us. They should be so ashamed of themselves. No one here has any sense of urgency and it’s just so sad! I will never come back here again!

My husband came in with a broken jaw and was literally made to wait in the waiting area for almost an hour before getting back into a room, then he had to wait for approximately another hour before he was given any medication for pain. They did decide to admit him, and he was brought to the second floor to wait for surgery. The nurses were somewhat helpful. The first nurse that was assigned to him became extremely rude because my husband was in excruciating pain and was requesting his medication. Nobody showed up after 10min so he hit the nurse call button again. We were told that she would be in soon. ANOTHER 10min passed and nobody came in. So then I went out to the nurse's station and reminded them that my husband's jaw was LITERALLY BROKEN and he was in agonizing pain. They assured me that his nurse was in the med room getting his pain meds RIGHT THEN. I went back in the room with my husband who was at this point writhing in pain.10 min later I had to go out to the nurse's station AGAIN, and seen my husband's nurse standing outside of someone else's room down a different hallway! I came back to the room and was venting that they should treat each patient as if it were THEIR husband/wife/family member when his nurse finally came in. She was rude, stating that she DOES have family in here with a fractured wrist, and she would call his doctor since his meds obviously weren't working. For the rest of the time she was here she was short, rude, and did the bare minimum. Everyone else was kind and helpful. The surgeons were very informative, they answered all of our questions, and they did a great job wiring my husband's jaw shut. . The cleanliness of the hospital is terrible! There was trash on the floor of the waiting room, and it was FREEZING COLD! We stayed for two days, I had to figure out how to eat because they wouldn't let me get a tray. After two days of washing my hands and face in the bathroom sink, I went in to use it and seen some black looking slime dangling from the faucet. Upon further inspection, we seen that the entire surface of the faucet was covered in the black slime. That was approximately 5 hours ago and there still hasn't been anyone to come see about it or fix it. Pictures included.

I’m guessing they are under staffed, however during my wait I experienced a lot of leisure time with the worker. They don’t seem to be eager to see patients. If your gonna have someone waiting in a area for long periods of time at least keep it clean, provide more options to the vending machine and add other TV. The one TV is in the Positive Covid area. A lot of these complaints, concerns and events that have taken place from me reading is scary! Especially for the elderly people whom are not aware of grievances or calling Medicare. I’ve read a few QOC And QOS. This is sad

No day care
No they don't but every room is private it's only one patient to a room
Baptist is not a pediatric hospital. They do see children for minor injuries and sicknesses (e.g influenza) But often, Infants and toddlers are transfered to sacred heart with pediatric specialists

It's a hospital. It depends on when you go and what's wrong with you.
Yes it starts at 6:30- 10 am

If you call the hospital main # or gi to main lobby you will be directed to right location.
Their visitors parking is horrible, in my opinion.
