Wish I could score no stars. My initial intake with a Representative, fairly certain he did not take any information except my name and phone number and stated it would take 4-6 weeks for a response. After 4 weeks, he called and left a VM listing information that he needed from me. I called and left the information in his VM. 4 weeks later I received another VM that the information I provided was incorrect and then requested confidential information. I did not respond because it was clear the game is to do nothing to help. It should not take 12 weeks to get information and resolve an issue.
