Their visitors parking is horrible, in my opinion.
If you go to security, they would probably take you to an outer spot either in lot or surrounding area, where you could park depending on circumstances ,I don't think you'll camp or live their and their are time periods of which you have legal right to do so, Im sure the hospital will help as best can,
