However, since it was the same type of issue (we are not aware of that issue with the first vehicle), perhaps it’s a manufacturing issue and not something on our end. One vehicle was a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country and one a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, which are essentially the same vehicle.
