Mask are preferred. James, she brought you in as a mechanic, if I’m not mistaken. You claimed to say something to the effect of “if it’s made to run, I can make it run”. We understand we may have been at fault, even though no one felt any shaking on the test drive and fixed it free of charge in 20 minutes. The previous vehicle, that was totaled, she said she ran into someone because someone pulled out in front of her. That is what she told us when she was purchasing a second vehicle. I am not sure why she would have come directly to us to purchase a vehicle if our business practices were so problematic the first time. Also, I t’s odd that both vehicles would have the SAME exact issue. However, since it was the same type of issue (we are not aware of that issue with the first vehicle), perhaps it’s a manufacturing issue and not something on our end. One vehicle was a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country and one a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, which are essentially the same vehicle.
Yeah in a month period of time my sister bought two cars from there one of them a week after she bought it she was going to a red light on Davis and University and the hub tire everything come off with the babies in the car she gets it straightened out with him she goes down and gets another vehicle test drives or whatever no sooner than she leaves the place she stops and get something to eat she leaves from there and that she's pulling out the whole driver side of this car falls off with her kids in the car again so just watch what you get for these people
