I'm a very patient person and I try to give peiple chances. I am grateful to have a roof over my head but the upkeep of the apartments & buildings is not the best. Maintenance staff is ridiculous. They act like residents forced them to come to work and a couple of them are NOT real maintenance. The staff, well if they like you, your good. If they dont like you, you will notice it immediately! Would I recommend living here? To be honest, maybe? Things need to turn around. The new owners are not for the residents. They want money but at this rate, unless change comes, Park Raven Apts will become a memory Thanks for the new toilet.
