Today is actually my 2 year anniversary! Woohoo to me!! I still love my home, the community & neighborhood in itself. I love the fact that stores are in walking distance or no more than 10 mins away by car. Update: When are you guys going to get a DROPBOX for rent deposits??? Still love my place.

Idk the rate changes periodically. You'll have to call and ask. I have a nice size 1 bedroom and I payjust under 900.
