The regency has the best staff, everyone in the community pretty much knows eachother, apartments are small and have an older feel but are beautiful. The pool area is my personal favorite neither ever get packed and are always kept clean! I've noticed the neighborhood is pet friendly. I recommend anyone looking for something family friendly to consider the regency!

Regency Apartments in Lakeland throws out a beautiful welcome mat and keeps it in place after you've signed the lease. I am amazed and grateful at the management team's excellent customer service skills, continued hospitality, and ongoing opportunities for residents to connect as a community. We truly feel at home. Our apartment is bright and cheerful with ample space and a generous screened in patio. The ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room help keep cool air circulating. The maintenance team is friendly, courteous and quick to respond to service requests. Pest control services are highly effective. The community is quiet and the neighbors are kind. The location is excellent - very close to a main road but set back enough to feel removed from the hustle and bustle. Property management and staff have been here for many years, and it is obvious that they truly care equally about the property and community of residents.

I recently moved in and the entire process was wonderful. I moved from Michigan to Lakeland to relocate nearer to family and friends. I previously lived in Lakeland for 17 years and really missed it here. The hunt for an apartment complex that felt safe, was pet friendly, accepted me (even with in-perfect credit) and was also affordable was a real task. Affordability is SO important! I want to be able to save money and not just pay the landlord. Regency, with the help of Karen & Helen, made this cross country relocation painless and truly enjoyable! Tremendous credit for the ease of process from application to key pickup. They worked tirelessly to get me approved, they have swift communication and the easy online payment systems all made for a great transition. They also have a modernized quick and responsive optional texting system. Who doesn’t love to text?! When you’re moving across the country the last thing you want to stress about is your rental “specifics”. Upon move-in everything is fresh, updated and clean. There are ceiling fans in every room with updated kitchens. I even had a goodie bag filled with snacks and some welcome home necessities. With rental prices soaring, with renters being priced out of renting or forced to find roommates; Regency has everything you could need and want for far far far less. I highly recommend Regency and thank them for all they did to make moving painless!

The office always says they love thier residents. If you choose to live here be warned, the love stops if you ever get in a bind financially. Even if you make payments to show effort they are quick to start the eviction process. Doesn't sound like love to me. I understand you have to pay your rent but they make it difficult to pay and even making a lump sum payment they still start the eviction process a week after the rent is due. NO LOVE ON THEIR PART
