We had a very pleasant visit to purchase a 2018 Mustang. Thank you to all who were involved in making this deal happen. Buying the car was not the issue. The issues came after when things started going wrong with the vehicle. Drivers side window stopped working. Passenger side window has a mind of its own. Nail in the tire. (We were assured the tire was checked and filled with air before we left the lot). Tried calling and got Dan Beavers on the phone who is supposedly a manager of some sort in the service department. Laughed when we told him the issues and that we were told to call him if we ever had any problems. He ended up hanging up on us. Got a hold of Brian Zeigler in the Service Department who says he's going to help us. That was this morning and haven't heard back. Once you drive off of their lot, they really seem not to care anymore. Very disappointed that such a large dealership would treat a paying customer like this. I'll continue to take my business to CROWN HYUNDAI for any cars in the future. I've bought 3 cars from them and have NEVER had a single issue. They know how to treat their customers. We will never be back and we will make sure none of our friends and family will set foot in Elder Ford.

Worse dealer I have ever been too. Finance manager tried to scam me. I had a check from the bank, but they would not take it although it was one of the bank they used. They wanted me to go through they're system so they could get more money from the bank. Even after I told them no they continued to do it anyway.. I decided not to do business with them

When I bought my vehicle I also had that problem. It took them a lil over 2 months to get my tag. After I advised the they couldn’t issue another temp tag. That was my only complaint

We've been told any type of mod will void the warranty unless performed by the dealer. That's typically why you want to keep your stock parts until after you get rid of your car. Just in case you need to switch it back (super laborious lol) and take it to the dealer.
Depending on how busy they are and what time u get there. Best thing is make early morning appt and be half hour early
