Excellent experience buying a car here. I worked in the used auto industry for many years and am highly critical of the car-buying experience in general. CarLotz let me purchase the vehicle on my terms and made it very easy. George was laid back and low-pressure, but also professional, responsive, and answered all of my questions. The pricing was very aggressive and no-haggle (which I tried). I enjoy the negotiating process, but I respect companies that offer their best price upfront. Vehicle warranty cost was less than my credit union. Dealer fee of $699 was transparent, average amount for independent dealers, less than franchise dealers. No other fluff or games with pricing. The car (2018 BMW 5 series) was in great shape. I had an appointment and the car was waiting for me when I got there. Finalized all of the paperwork online while at work, went to pick up the car after work and it was ready to go. No waiting for hours for delivery. Thanks George and CarLotz!
