Called in for a last minute end of day oil change appointment but they were not able to accomodate. However, the phone attendant, I believe her name was Amber, was very diligent and was able to setup an appointment early the next day, not only for the oil change but also to follow up on some warranty issues. She promptly coordinated the visit with service advisor including a loaner. Upon arrival the next day, I was quickly checked in and assisted by Alejandro. Alejandro took the time to go through the services needed and also informed of some service bulletin that was pending and they would take care of as well. Whole process didn't take longer than 30 minutes and that was because I forgot to transfer some personal belongings from my car to the loaner, so they had to go pull the car back from service. Alejandro later followed up with phone call to provide status of service and expected time of completion (couple of days as they had to wait for some parts). Overall pleased with the experience, as expected for a premium brand.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at an automobile dealership and I have has several over the years. I do not like to leave a bad review but feel I have no choice. I dropped my wife’s Passat for service on Weds morning @8:30 am. Danelo advised me they would diagnose and get back to me in a few hours. Long story short it is Sunday and I still have no idea what is going on with our vehicle!! Fast forward to Saturday morning after calling the rest of the week to check on my vehicle and no responses. I called and spoke to Noah who promised me he would call me back in a few hours after he said he would check on my vehicle. Now it is Sunday and he never called back with status. I am now concerned that something has happened to my vehicle. I can honestly say that if I broke down in front of this dealership I would have my car towed to next closest VW dealership rather than have this dealership work on it.
