I had lost my key for my wheel lock and had a flat tire. After searching endlessly, I reached out to Ferman Acura and was told just to come in and they would take care of it. I was able to get it removed for such a low price and my tire replaced. I thought it would cost an arm an a leg since I was going to the dealership but it was actually cheaper and they knew exactly what they were doing. I’ll definitely be bringing my MDX at here from now on!

I took my Acura MDX for routine service at Ferman Acura as I usually do. I made the appointment via their website, this was very convenient. The staff was pleasant. They did the necessary services and explained what they did and why is was needed. I waited for my car in a very pleasant lounge, and my car was ready within the time promised. I would recommend this place for your Acura service.

This place is the worst Acura dealership I have ever been to. The reason why is not what you have to pay for anything. The reason is: I called to get just a basic oil change... when the phone was answered I was greeted with decent formality. I booked the appointment same day (which is almost unheard of for an Acura Dealership). I asked the kind lady how much it would be and she tasted she had no idea what the price was and she would have someone call me back shortly. NOT a single call back. I show up for the appointment and before I can even get out of my car this guy is standing outside of it ready. I’m thinking ok redemption! Maybe they are on top of it. He asked My name and as I responded ( still not even out of my car) a second fella gets into my door area blocking my exit of the car and starts scanning bar codes and opening the hood. A little too informal for me at least let me get out of the car before you are trying to get in it. I inform my service guide Robert that nobody called me for a quote and don’t mind what it will cost I was just curious. He stated “ Ok I don’t know who was supposed to call you” what I was looking for was just a standby statement that the ball might have been dropped but they were going to take great care of my basic needs for the day. At this point I have no intention of letting any prevention maintenance or necessary maintenance to be done. The accountability wasn’t there. I ran a few errands while they did the change they offered a complimentary car wash and vacuum which I accepted. When I got back and after talking to Robert over the phone( letting him know that any other maintenance would be preformed elsewhere ). I am carrying several bags. The two guys in blue outside were talking and after looking at me made an even more deliberate move to walk AWAY from the door... didn’t think to offer maybe a hand to open it. ( which I clearly needed) I got my keys from Robert. Who seemed a little agitated that I was paying in cash. He voiced that by his tone and letting me know he would have to go ALLLLLL the way to parts to get me change. I mean ok do you want me to pay or not... Lastly ( giving up on a lot of other small things) I looked at my car which is semi washed and no effort to vacuum it out was made. They didn’t even shake the rugs. I don’t know why I expected anything at this point but it was frustrating. Why offer it if you are not going to do it or make at least an effort to it. I did not expect it to be detailed but NOTHING was diffrent in the interior. The outside looked like it had been sprayed by a hose. Yay thanks. I am moving here this month and am fretting doing my business with the dealership. I ENJOY paying the extra of a dealership for the sake of the customer service and quality. I would rather go to a jiffy lube than get service done with Roberts team. Way let down guys. I mean I know it’s an Acura and it’s not a Benz but I know you guys can be better than this. SHOW ME you want me to spend money here.

I really appreciate not getting the hard sell for a car. Not getting bs'd by service managers. I was a Toyota guy before going to Ferman Acura. I didn't want to like it. In fact, I fought my wife on switching vehicles. Frankly, I realized I had no case and have been very happy with my MDX and her RLX.
