My wife and I had a welcoming and confortable experience. Tressa and carol were so helpful during and after the birth of my daughter. We were a little hesitant coming to this Kaiser because of all the nasty reviews; our experience was the opposite. I would recommend this Kaiser to anyone that’s expecting. Keep up the great work.

Been with Kaiser for over 50+years of my life! Like Mom always said It's the Best Of The Worst! The biggest plus about Kaiser is everything is on one Campus, most of the time the staff members are nice and helpful! As we all do know there is aa reason that they call this a medical practice! Knowledge can be power! Always be in tune with your own body.... Eat well get plenty of rest of a big one for myself personally!

Thank you Karla for checking me in, Marie Grace for my rapid testing, Laura for being so helpful, Clara for being awesome, Caroline for the Anastasia, and thank you Scott and Jason for helping Dr Buchanan with the rest of the team. I lost my mother due to the poor health care system that so many people receive from the government here in Los Angeles where rooms are over crowded and facilities are understaffed & not equipped with the essential technologies that you'd hope a patient would receive. "Im a patient with patience product of paying attention(sidenote- I 💚 word alliteration)." By this I mean it's easy to see how busy all job positions are at this hospital. I didn't throw a tantrum when things were delayed. Health care workers are underpaid, understaffed, and under appreciated. Thank you Dr Gutierrez and Brandon for setting my ankle back Sunday afternoon. I won't say it hurt, tho it did reinforce that I'm still alive. Thanks Genevieve for the x-rays. Thanks Mike for rolling me out curbside and Dubi for rolling me into my room. You see I remember all of your names because you have impacted my life the past few days. I've had very pleasant experiences when I've gone to Urgent care. It takes a couple hours to be seen but I think that's in every urgent care or emergency care. The receptionist were helpful and kind. Doctor was nice and understanding. Will be back again.

They are supposed to provide you with a survey after discharge.

It depends on the type of Surgery. What kind of Surgery are you having
The orthopedic department sucks at the Downey location. They sent a woman who needed knee replacement surgery and was bedridden home instead of sending of sending her to a SNF Facility to get the proper care she deserved and desperately needed until she could get the surgery she needed and it cost her $2400 a month because Kaiser doesn't include SNF Services in their plans. DO NOT GO TO DOWNEY, GO TO IRVINE WHERE THEY HAVE THE BEST ORTHO SURGEONS.
