Store is Permanently closed! No relocation signs at all. People are asking where did they move!. Hours show its still open but thats a lie!

The selection of shoes is ok not a big variety of women's shoes. They do have a good selection of men's and children's shoes. They use to have a bigger selection of clearance shoes but it wasn't too big this time around. The sales people were helpful

Walked in the store and employee standing there as I come in didn't even greet me just staring as I walked by proceeded to walk in passed by another employee still no greeting or offering any help whatsoever still proceeding to go and look for some shoes found some shoes but needed a particular size nobody is around to help. So I left and went to another store to buy my kids shoes!!

So I really don't do many reviews but I'm a busy mom ians do a lot of online shopping and I ordered my son shoes from WSS online first it takes anywhere between 7 to 10 business days to process the order then you wait for shipping all to find out that you cannot return to a WSS you must mail it back at your own cost I tried to exchange for a smaller size at the store and the lady at the register told me I couldn't I just need to send it back I'm sorry but the savings on the shoes is not worth the hassle.
