Good product, but their customer service is terrible. The lady that answers the phone is extremely abrasive and is not knowledgeable with the products. She refused to transfer me to the manager or leave a message. I’ll take my business elsewhere because I was treated so piss poorly.

Currently they are not open to the public so nobody can walk into the building unless they have an appointment. You need to wait out in your truck or vehicle in the loading Bay while you were waiting for your order and the only time you come into the window is when you are acknowledging you're there to pick up your order and then back again when you are there to pay for your order otherwise everything is kept very secure

Not if you have no commercial Business , and then only with a account , for private is the only way to come to the Mill and buy directly.
You can park there if you are willing to get up at 6:00am because of the fact that they need the space to load the own Trucks and usually they will unload you right away and then you have to leave the yard, but there is only one space on the whole street and in the surrounding streets were you can legally park ,so that you have to make sure that you have your break full at 6:00am so that you can drive out of the Area if necessary.
Yes you can buy there, but be prepared to find mostly bigger packages of the feed commodities
