The orthopedic department sucks at the Downey location. They sent a woman who needed knee replacement surgery and was bedridden home instead of sending of sending her to a SNF Facility to get the proper care she deserved and desperately needed until she could get the surgery she needed and it cost her $2400 a month because Kaiser doesn't include SNF Services in their plans. DO NOT GO TO DOWNEY, GO TO IRVINE WHERE THEY HAVE THE BEST ORTHO SURGEONS.
