Great area of universal, such thought and imagination goes into these areas and you can really tell. It's definitely shows. Worth noting that flight of the hippogriff is a kiddycoaster. I'm glad the staff members let us know as we were going to be in the line for 50 mins. We went back later when the line was shorter and we were so glad that as an adult couple we hadn't waited any longer!

Being a long time Harry Potter fan, it was exhilarating to visit the Wizarding World. Lots to see, the place is small but well built and can make any HP fan happy. You can buy butterbear, souvenirs, wands and candies too. I didn't go on the rides which i truly missed.

As we arrived once the parked opened, we first went to enjoy the wizarding world atmosphere. Short to little lines for butter beer which we had to snag before the long lines started to form. Stores were overcrowded so one bad to be try to step on anyone's toes. The ride flight of the hippogriff had a 40 minute wait time and the ride was no longer than 2 minutes which was very disappointing. Slight rush and strong movements but i was hoping for it to last a little longer. However, the forbidden journey had a much longer wait time but was worth it. Being inside the castle was fascinating. The ride felt worth the wait.

It was just as magical as I hoped it would be. My boyfriend bought me an interactive wand to do the spells, which made it even better. Just know that you should use your wand when the sun isn't directly overhead because it makes the sensors act up and not see you do the spell. If you look in the windows and see where the sensors are and the sun is bouncing back... wait and come back and they will work. Or block the sun with your map if you can. Wands should also not go on rides and need to be locked away. I hope these tips helped! Have fun.

You should be able to. The return information is usually printed on the receipt which you should have for returns.
I think it's inclusive of the entry pass into Universal Studios. I took a one day pass and it cost me $110
They sell them there but if you want to save go to Amazon
Yes. Going on The Fobiden Journey ride will take you throuh the castle before getting on the ride. The ride itself is great too.
Mabye yes, maybe no.
If you get the collectable mug there is no lid
Sounds like a well known feeling 4hrs for 3min not a good delivery at all lol ill put it in my for later list 😁
Lots of People especcially in the afternoon
Tickets are cheaper online ... we had 3 adults $ 357 locally in June ...
If you are lucky, you will get a free wand from universal studios. But only 1 out of about 20 get the wand, and the others have to pay 51$ for interactive wand
At Universal Studios HOLLYWOOD you pay your entrance to the park and that's it. You can visit the Wizarding world of Harry Potter and may more attractions. 👍
Hi Halaki, Yes, both Harry Potter areas have an Olivanders. Careful though, the wands are quite expensive. The "magic" wands work in specific areas of the park, but I personally don't think they're worth the cost. It's much cheaper to buy the wands outside the park!

At least two. Days
Sorry, there are no common rooms at all. But you can go to a lot of cool places while waiting in line, but, as far as I know, no common rooms are in the line
I don't think you could.
You can get an idea by going to this link https://www.universalorlando.com/web/en/us/tickets-packages/park-tickets
$36 for a standard wand, $42 for an interactive wand, and $70 for a limited edition interactive wand.
Depends on what day you choose to go...here is a link to find out https://m.universalstudioshollywood.com/bbhost:0/PurchaseTickets.aspx
Yes, the park will remain open. And there are a few places in the park that hand out free Hot chocolate.
It's open 365 days a year.
Just call universal studios Hollywood they'll direct you
"limited express attractions" can you please rephrase this? It has not translated well.
There are a couple salads available, and I think Butterbeer is only available in one style... But I'm not sure it's flavored naturally. It may be vegan by virtue of Artificial Flavors.
Absolutely. Remember when you could get into Universal with like $5 and a soda can? And they couldn't GIVE away season passes? I went for the first time in like 2 decades and lemme tell you, I was blown away, by Harry Potter World specifically. It's small but super cute and well-designed. The interactive wand does contribute to the overall experience, but I'm not sure I'd purchase one unless I also committed to a season pass.
Rides close by 5:30. Park closes at 6p
it does not contain alcohol, exists in hot or cold version. it is really excellent and costs about 7 dollards
With a recent receipt go to citywalk store
No one is going to answer that question right off their head. Do some research
Harry appears in the ride in the castle, but draco never seems to come...
There is no sorting ceremony unfortunately so make sure to take the test and come in Your house colors . There is wand fitting though if you're lucky
Yes you can pick your own or Draco Malfoy's.
Orlando has Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley...2 different areas because Orlando has 2 different theme parks. They are tied together by Hogwarts Express, but you need the park hopper to access the train. Hogsmeade is identical.
You need to have a wand shop help walk you through and let the wand pick you. It is a fit. So you can channel your own personal magic !!
Definitely. Its not a big section, but lines can be long. If you can take advantage of single rider on Forbidden Journey.
One or two days. Make sure you go on the broomstick Harry Potter ride right when the park opens because the line can get long fast.
There is a choice of 1 or 2 or 3 or more days tickets. There is also a choice of standing in line for hours for each ride or Express Pass. It is better to call or check their website. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter covers two parks, Universal Studios & Adventure Island. I recommend the Two Park Ticket with Express Pass. As far as how many days depends upon one's schedule & one's budget.
Around $220
Yes so long as you are in Hollywood! (Orlando has multiple parks with multiple Harry Potter themed areas, which means multiple tickets.) However so long as you are in Hollywood there is one ticket for the whole park including the wizarding world.
There are child swap rooms at the head of the queue. It looks like parents do the queue, then one stays in the room with the child while the other goes on the ride, then they swap and the other one goes on the ride. I have tried this myself, but that seems to be what happens.
