i asked the girl working for a macaroon and she misunderstood and she gave me a bag of cotton candy. i told her and she gave me attitude worst boba experience ever rude cashier made a face and didn’t give me what i asked for.

Went here on vacation. Supposed to be a highlight was going to get boba, cotton candy and a reusable collector cup. When we got there there was no boba, no cotton candy and now reusable collector cups. Also the girl at the counter was bothered and rude we were interrupting her. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pretty disappointed in this place. My wife had this on the top of her list of must dos at USH. For 3 days at Disneyland and our first day at Universal all I hear about is how she's getting a souvenir cup with boba and cotton candy. It's going to be like a $25 drink with no alcohol. Whatever, happy life happy wife. Well, we finally get there and she ordered it only to be told "we don't have any boba, or special cups" so she decided to just do a regular tea with cotton candy "we don't have any cotton candy either". Now my wife feels like she wasted time looking into this place because all they had was tea.

MUST VISIT at least 2-3 times in your life!! Next year they’re launching mario world!! Come on down. Give me $130, $5 for a bottle of water, $10 for a slice of pizza & $20-30 for a plate of decent food but besides budgeting, it’s well worth the trip…YOLO ;)
