Yes so long as you are in Hollywood! (Orlando has multiple parks with multiple Harry Potter themed areas, which means multiple tickets.) However so long as you are in Hollywood there is one ticket for the whole park including the wizarding world.
Hi Erica, The park entry fee covers the access to the Harry Potter area; however, both Island of Adventure and Universal each have different HP areas and rides. You'll need to purchase a ticket for each park for each person to get access to both HP areas. The two park pass will give you access to ride the Hogwarts Express between both parks.
Everything is included in the purchase of the universal studios ticket including wizarding world of Harry potter!
